It is finally time to settle in after the seemingly chaotic time we have been through. For many of us it has been a few months of extensive action on many levels with the feeling sometimes that there are too many balls we are juggling or things don’t seem to reach completion. The action (to do) list just seems to roll over to yet another day…another week…another month…
I wrote in the last 2 posts about staying calm and restoring balance and harmony.
Now is the time when we need to draw on our determination to stay present and enjoy life in every moment. It is the time of settling in…into a new way of BEING and not be driven just by DOING. I have been experimenting with this as I am literally settling into a new home after moving on 29 September 2015. As I have settled in, in my physical world, so my Being has settled in on another level too. I sense that things are more on track and look forward to what is going to be revealed with each new day. It has taken some getting used to as I have been pushing myself in the past as I was driven from a point of DOING.
I have realised that to be in a place of BEING I need to be aware of thoughts, words and actions and make sure they are all aligned with my goals and my dreams. The interesting thing is that the more I focus on just pure, positive thought of being calm and steadily making progress by telling myself I am on track…the more I am calm and on track! The anxiety reduces, the fear dissipates and the potential of each moment, each day, arrives. Things that I am wanting to accomplish in a day are done from a point of ease and flow and sometimes arrive most unexpectedly. Abundance in action – leaving me feeling empowered…positive…on track…happy…relaxed…smiling.
In the time of this New Moon phase that started on 12 October, we may still feel a bit irritated, impatient and anxious at times. This is perfectly normal as our survival instincts are kicking in as there are still big changes happening for many of us. It is important to trust that things are all falling into place as they should and to stay positive and hopeful. Not knowing an outcome can be scary. Just acknowledge it and carry on as things are heading in the direction you need to be.
Is it always easy? NO
Is it worth it? ABSOLUTELY
Do I ‘lose it’ in-between? MOST DEFINITELY!
I have accepted I am human and as such am allowed and entitled to make mistakes…it’s actually fun to find out how not to do something.
So here it to making more mistakes on my journey of life and loving it all!
