11:11 – today is 11/11/2015
We often see this number on clocks and then don’t give it a second thought (excuse the pun!) When we look at the numerology or the meaning behind the number we get a better understanding of the possible significance it holds for us whenever we notice it. The number 1 can mean individual, unique and also powerful as it is the first number used when counting. It can also be interpreted as the origin of all things and indicate to us that it is time to step into our individual, unique power and take action as these actions will be rewarded. See it as a new beginning. This is true no matter how large or small that action is. It is taking the step forward that counts.
The sequence of 11:11 is reminding us of our power that can manifest all things. When you notice this number, pay close attention to the thought/s that preceded this and the ones after the number is no longer in view. These thoughts may be route-markers for your journey forward. This can be highly beneficial when wanting to take action on a new project, venture or idea that you are needing confirmation on. Above all remember to just have fun with it!
Action Steps for Now…
- See the growth you have achieved
- Leave what is no longer serving you behind
- Consciously step into the new
- Move forward with gratitude for all that you have been, all that you are and all that you still are becoming
On the same day today is the time of the new moon. This is always a time to focus on and bring in the ‘new’ into our lives. The new moon this month, coupled with the power of the 11:11, amplifies our ability to let go of the old and embrace the new even more. It can be a very intense time for some – I know for me it already started a few days ago and is easing now. The trick is to just go with whatever shows up, either physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually and know that it is all perfect in this time of death of the old and birth of the new. For those of us who resist, those ‘shadow’ parts of ourselves that we try to keep hidden can be held back no longer. Welcome them in and accept them, for in this acceptance major transformation takes place.
We need to be able to stay focused and disciplined, yet without becoming rigid or hard on ourselves. To balance this we need to also be open to inspiration and go with the flow of life at the same time. So the keyword here once again is BALANCE.
How to nurture yourself…
- Become aware of the media and information you expose yourself to – let it be positive and uplifting
- Notice your self-talk and allow it to be kind rather than critical or judgmental
- Look at how you nourish yourself – food, exercise and the amount of love (or lack of) towards your physical body
- Evaluate your relationship with Spirit, God, Universe – whatever is right for you
The key is to just become aware of and gently gain an understanding that nothing is ‘right’ or ‘wrong’, it just is as it is. You have the power to change whatever it is that is no longer serving you so that you can bring in the qualities of peace, balance and harmony.
You have the power to change your world – so use it to the best of your ability!
